Tug-of-War 2025 World Championships 01-09-2025

The Tug of War Association and the Tug of War International Federation are pleased to bring you Tug of War 2025 in the City of Nottingham, England. We are dedicated to promoting the sport of tug of war worldwide and invite you all to the University of Nottingham on 4-7 September for some top class international tug of war competition!

The highly anticipated 2025 Tug of War Championship promises exhilarating matches and lasting memories. The event will bring together male and female competitors from across the globe, competing against each other in a number of weight classes for junior, under 23 and senior male, female and mixed gender teams. The first two days of competition will be club competitions, with the second two days of competition being international competitions for national teams. The event is expected to draw around 1500 - 2000 competitors and over 100 tug of war clubs along with their supporters.
